Our family and internal medicine practitioners provide care to people of all ages, from newborn to the elderly. This includes routine health checks and immunizations, in addition to treatment for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma and chronic kidney disease.
Our women’s health department can help you manage your health both during and after pregnancy. We also offer gynecological services, annual exams, pregnancy testing, family planning services (birth control), breast health screenings, STD treatment and menopausal care.
Dental services are available to all established Progressive CHC patients. Our dental clinic is located at the Lisbon Avenue Health Center. Services include regular cleanings, fillings, x-rays, dentures/partials and simple tooth extractions. Adults, seniors and children as young as two years old are welcome at our clinic.
Our behavioral health consultants work with your primary care provider and offer extra help when worry, stress, habits and other problems are getting in the way of your daily life and activities. The behavioral health consultants can help you manage emotional or behavioral issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, grief or stress.
Visit our 12th Street Urgent Care location at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, next to the Emergency Department. We offer fast, efficient service at a lower cost for symptoms such as bladder infections, animal bites, ear infections, fever, rashes, allergy symptoms, sore throat, sprains and stomach pain. Simply walk-in during clinic hours—no appointment or insurance is necessary and you don’t have to be a previous Progressive CHC patient.
We are pleased to offer diagnostic radiology services in partnership with Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Our radiology department is located on the lower level at the Lisbon Avenue Health Center. Current services include X-ray and mammography, with ultrasound coming soon. Anyone can utilize radiology services, as long as a they have a proper referral.

Financial counselors are available at all clinic locations to assist patients in applying for Medicaid benefits (BadgerCare+, Elderly, Blind & Disabled, Family Planning Waiver), FoodShare, childcare assistance, and health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. Patients may also be eligible to apply for our sliding fee program.
